A DNF for me. I don't care about Logan sleeping around, that's fine to see before he meets the one. What made me stop after chapter 2 was Jax and Julia. I get that they're only 18, but Julia has screaming fits and Jax is an entitled little brat whow has fits too. Both flew off the handle so quickly it leaves your head spinning. Are they 5 or 18? Because they act 5. What? At 18 they don't realize they can't get their way every time so let's yell, which they had to know wouldn't work on their brother. Or my favorite, Julia acting like a jealous shrew instead of a sister when arriving at her ADULT brother's house unannounced to find a woman leaving? Let's see, if you don't like her, disapproval would make sense, or making fun of your brother for his poor taste in women. And she's too stupid to know her own brother never brings women around his son so she accuses him of that too!That is annoying. And illogical.

I really enjoyed Logan`s side of the story. Actually more than Cassandra`s. I`m always a sucker for the male POV, I feel we always learn more stuff than the females. And this was just better all around. I truly hope there is more Logan POV, there is still soooo much I want to see from his eyes, hear from his lips, feel with his fingers. Angela did a great job capturing Logan`s story and side of it. I loved reading about how he seen Cassandra helping the elderly woman that owns the paper. Or sitting out back reading. I loved when he met Mark at Josh`s party, loved the interactions with Caleb and his sister and of course little Oliver, what a sweet and tender daddy he is.
We meet Logan when Natasha decides to up and leave her family. From that day on he decides it`s him and Oliver and he will be there for his son. He does everything for that little boy. A couple years go by and his sister is hell bent on moving to Harmony and making it on her own. Logan doesn`t think this is a good idea but he decides to take a trip with Caleb to see if it`s a good place for his sister or not. While there he ends up finding many more reasons than his sisters education to stay.
It was very well done and I highly enjoyed it and really hope for more Logan POV. Well done Angela, well done.

As most of you already know this is a prequel novella told from Logan's POV. Which I don't know about you, but I find that incredibly sexy. I have been wanting to jump into Logan's mind since reading Inevitable & Irreplaceable. I fell in love with Logan along with A LOT of other women. He's a very wanted man. LOL. You can read Indulge as the first book in the Harmony series, or you can read it at any point in the series. I read the first two books first before jumping into this one.
Angela, I don't even know where to begin with this sweet and wonderful woman. Her writing is phenomenal and I literally can't get enough. I read to lose myself in a great book, because well I'm a mom of three and my life is pretty stressful daily. So to start a book, let alone a series and your able to get lost in the words and story to the point you can't even remember the last time you went pee or had a sip of drink you know it's a Great one. That's exactly what Angela does for me. She has put a lot of hours and time into writing these great books and I'm constantly blown away. I won't lie since reading her first book Inevitable I expect the next one to be better than the first...and well Angela delivers every time. I can't wait to meet Angela one day so she can hear my fan girl screams in person for once. HAHA. I love her to pieces.
Now Logan. For the love of all things holy this man will make your panties evaporate and your ovaries explode. I can't get enough of his sexiness. Yes, he is a pretty huge man whore...although in Indulge you get a look at his vulnerable side. If I found out that the woman I thought I loved and the mother of my child just up and left without a care in the world, let alone a note. I probably would of ended up trying to have sex with any woman I could. Regardless of his sexual escapades this man sure does know how to be a father. I love how when it's the weekend for his mother to keep him, the weekend is all about him. Literally. The moment that weekend is over though, the man lives for his boy. I bow down to him, because not many men would step up and take that kind of responsibility if need be.
It just makes him that much sexier. When reading Book 1 and Book 2 of the series some questions pop up, and your left hopefully like me trying to answer them yourself. LOL. Like...was the day he moved in next door to the sweet and beautiful teacher Cassandra the first day he ever saw her!?? OR did this man see her before then? (My head "I bet he saw her before and fell madly in love...well maybe not love, but I know he totally wanted her in his bed.") Anyways, I have crazy conversations and such with the characters in my head. I'm crazy like that. )
I've always wondered what brought Logan to the little town of Harmony. In this novella you find out the exact reasoning and to be honest I couldn't help but clap with crazy giddiness. HAHA.
So, if you haven't picked up your copy yet...what are you waiting for!?? Get on it. You know damn well you want more of the sexy Logan West. Oh, and if you wanted more on Natasha, the woman that i'd like to cut...you get bits and pieces of her evilness.
I rate Indulge 5+ stars.
How do I start? Oh, yes. I freakin love Logan West!!!!! He is sexy as sin. In the first chapter when he said, "Show me what that pretty mouth can do", I was gone already!! Hawt!!!!
I love that you see what his life was like before Cassie entered it.
He was so heartbroken when his relationship was not what he thought it was. Putting his son, Oliver, first has always been his top priority. That pushed him to move on with his life. He also found out that the company of a one night stand helped him move on, as well.
"You're better than all this, Logan...you're just lost right now."

Refusing to listen to his brother, he continued to be the ladies man he was known to be. When his little sister, Julia, was deciding on a school to go to, she wanted to go to a school where their parents went. It was located in a town called Harmony. A very small town.
With his best friend, Caleb, in tow they went to this town. Logan couldn't believe how small this place was. He also found himself being charmed by it and not understanding why. While inside the local diner, he spotted a girl that he couldn't turn away from. There was something about this hometown girl with beautiful blonde hair. He wanted to talk to her, but all the guys told him to leave her alone. That intrigued him more.
This town might just be what he and his son need to start over.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Logan and his life before he moved to the town called, Harmony.
